The complex of repair works includes:
• dismantling, cleaning, defecting of assembly units and parts;
• dismantling of the old winding without deterioration of the magnetic properties of the active iron;
• restoration of the case (explosion-proof shell) and parts to the required level of explosion protection;
• restoration of the level of explosion protection of the case and parts of the explosion-proof shell;
• hydraulic testing of explosion-proof electric motor casings;
• repair or manufacture of stator and armature winding sections, their arrangement;
• repair of the package of active iron of the stator and rotor;
• repair or manufacture of pole coils;
• repair or manufacture of the collector;
• repair of the brush assembly in crane electric motors with a phase rotor and DC machines;
• restoration of the geometric shape of the shaft surface, keyway, cutting or making a new rotor shaft (if necessary);
• repair or manufacture of bearing shields;
• replacement of bearings; • repair or manufacture of the fan and fan casing; rotor balancing;
• impregnation of windings with varnish or compound (insulation class B, F you H)
• assembly of the electric motor with replacement of bearings, through insulators, brushes and brush holders, plastic or rubber elements, fasteners;
• acceptance tests: measurement of DC winding resistance, measurement of the insulation resistance of the winding relative to the case and between the windings and the absorption coefficient, conducting high-voltage insulation tests, checking for the absence of inter-turn short circuits, idle test.
We eliminate all kinds of mechanical damage, winding breaks and phase-to-phase short circuits, destruction of the track or the rolling element, incorrect position of the stator and rotor, as well as the brush and many other malfunctions.
