REPAIR OF ELECTRIC MOTORS OF DIRECT CURRENT

"Mechanic Pavlograd" LLC has technological capabilities for complete repair of direct current electric machines (electric motors, generators, causative agents) including the manufacture and replacement of the armature winding, repair of the collector with complete overflow of plates, replacing the insulation, risers and rewinding of the magnetic system.

Some modifications of electric motors, coming in for repair: D, P, DP, DPT, DPM, 4PB, 4PFM, 4PO and others.

Also, "Mechanic Pavlograd" LLC carries out major repairs of mine traction electric motors of the DRT type, DTN, excavator DPE(AT)-52, for railways - two-car unit A706A(B).

According to the results of defects, the scope of repair may include the following operations:

  • armature repair with replacement of windings, followed by at least two impregnations;
  • replacement of the coils of the main poles and additional poles (repair of the magnetic system);
  • production of a new collector;
  • repair of the collector with full filling and replacement of insulation;
  • repair or replacement of the rotor shaft;
  • repair or manufacture of bearing shields and flanges;
  • repair, adjustment and replacement of brush mechanisms;
  • complete soldering of "roosters";
  • replacement of the fan and fasteners;
  • checking the attachment of the active iron on the shaft and its repair;
  • anchor balancing;
  • acceptance tests: winding resistance measurement, measurement of insulation resistance with respect to the case and between windings and the absorption coefficient, winding insulation tests, testing the inter-turn insulation of the armature winding for electrical strength, vibration level and thermal control

We carry out repairs using windings of our own production.

The equipment allows the production of coils of additional poles with winding "on the edge".

Advantages of using a new winding before insulating the old one:

  • the use of a new copper winding completely restores the resource of the electric machine, because there is a replacement as a body, and turn insulation;
  • use of modern materials (as insulating, as well as wires with increased strength of the winding insulation at a lower thickness) allows to increase the cross-section of copper, improve heat dissipation from the winding, which opens up opportunities to increase power, Efficiency of an electric machine, reduction of heat load.
